Colorado workers’ compensation system covers a wide range of work-related injuries and conditions. Sometimes, it can be difficult to decide whether your injury would be covered by work comp. If you slip of the scaffolding on a construction job site or you injure yourself on the cutting line at a meatpacker, those injuries are obvious. But some other less obvious injuries, such as exposure to toxic chemicals or an injury because of a co-worker’s negligence, may also be covered.
