SubscribeInterest in our SmartKits has been high in the last few months since we introduced it, and in response to comments we've added a couple items like a handy list of emergency numbers you can use in case of an accident.
The SmartKit contains first aid supplies and bandages, an emergency display banner to notify other drivers of the accident, and a flashlight and battery. There also are everyday items you might use, such as a tire gauge and a pocket-size road atlas. All of this comes in a container that will fit perfectly into your glove box or storage bin.
We put the SmartKit together to help our clients and others be prepared in case of an accident. At a time of confusion and stress, it's good to have at your fingertips certain things that can help guide you through the time following a crash. Information you can gather at the scene could be helpful for us, and could have an impact on the successful outcome of a legal case.
The SmartKit provides you with simple step-by-step instructions, along with other resources you'll find useful - for example, a form for getting the name and contact information of the other driver, their insurance information, the name of the police officer who investigates and a few basic facts about how the accident happened.
I hope you never need to use the kit, but I'd like you to have one just the same. Stop by the office and we'll set you up with a SmartKit.
